Handicaps
Changes to the handicap system must be proposed in writing with worked examples of
the effectiveness of the proposal based on actual shoot results, and should conform
to the following:
1. Give shooters of all abilities a chance to win, when they shoot well above their
norm.
2.Show that winners from across the full spectrum of shooting abilities win
approximately in proportion to their attendance.
3.Show that based on the above, the
results are improved compared to the current system.
